  3. In the future, Soylent Green should be made from these "Idea People" , and you don't even have to feed it to the farm fields, much less to people, to have it serve a great service to Humanity. The real problem is none of these Grifters have ever had to run a REAL project as a Project Manager, being accountable and responsible for real, HARD RESULTS ..., as opposed to pulling an Elon Mush and just kicking your last year's self-serving boasts down the road ONE MORE YEAR.

These Intellectually Banal Clowns are the result of the US economic system favouring Management Consultants, Former Cheerleaders, Talking Heads/Face People, and The Technically Illiterate over people who have substance BEYOND how to return more and more money to the stockholders EVERY YEAR. This is all the consequences of the Vulture Capitalism Culture that doesn't know VALUE, only $$$$$. I've seen SOOOOO MANY fads and subsequent CRASHES when the Vultures get their fill and then disappear when someone notices the money is ALSO disappearing. Adam Conover had a GREAT conversation just recently on his channel on AI, and it really hits all these points, too! (Watched that one just before your QCD Intro video, BTW)
