  1. Deport MTG to any other state in the Gulf Coast Sheltered Workshop tier (oh, and South Carolina)!! It would probably raise the average IQ of both sender and receiver. BTW, imagine her being exiled like Nolan in The Man Without A Country, which can't happen because the USN can't take the hit in keeping her fed and berthed in the manner of a NEPO Princess.
