  1. Needs an investigative program with FIRM oversight over a program NOT allowed to determine deployment. But, when has FIRM oversight ever worked in a military program with senators and representatives being bought by the military-industrial complex for now-SCOTUS-endorsed-BRIBES and then being directed to make sure "we are properly defending the babies and stockholders of the United States". Oh, and let's not forget the military senior command that needs a 'program success' to get them promoted. You know, gotta prevent that dangerous "Mine Shaft Gap"! Oh, and how much leakage is 'acceptable' in a NEVER PERFECT ABM system, especially when fallout will get to you from your 'target' eventually and anyway?!

  2. So, what exact source of test data to you use for your opinions and analysis?! Analysis can be rational even with faulty Initial Assumptions. I don't see you have any real sources that I can verify, much less that you care to cite in your notes. <PLONK>
