  4. They are investing in other directions . To maintain qualified personel in hostile ares is not very productive . Russia is opening new doors to new challenges . 9 wave of sanctions from the collective West , shut down all press , the cancel of cultural Russia , banning of sports , exchange of students , nah Europa is not worth it.

  5.  @rashmigupta9  There are other aspects to this and not at all criminal . There are families on both sides of this conflict . By wanting to be in touch with your family you just might be directing shelling to your own place . A simple smartphone with gps will suffice to get a place destroyed . Another reason is that under martial law they can evacuate people . Every time UAF regain Russian occupied positions they massacred a lot of people . This will prevent civilians to fall into their hands .
