  9. Nobody can exclude the USA from the world. That is wishfull thinking . What is possible it to curtail the influence USA has on the world. That is possible and necessary. Creating other strong blocs militarily and economic, having different ways of cooperation away from the IMF , downplaying the importance of WHO in internal health problems , decentralizing education systems and decopuling from the West , there's many options and none will be achieved without friction with Western powers and the USA.
