  7.  @matthewmcclary7855  You forget that Spain is a federal entity with autonomous regions one of them is Catalunya and they speak Catalan , another is Baskenland and they speak Bask , the other is Galicia and they speak Gallego . Also Belgium is a federal entity they speak French and Neerlandais . Other much bigger countries than Ukraine outside of Europe have many languages in their countries and they are NOT forbidden to speak their own language like they did in Ukraine . Examples outside Europe are Nigeria , China , Brasil , China etc . Ukraine is simply a apartheid system in progress and the ethnic Russians don't accept that .

When China had civil war the Kuomitang flew to Taiwan and sworn to go back to the main land and overthrow Mao Tse Tung with the Communists . But they did not succed . Mind you this is all Chinese people , Chinese territorium . Than second world war hapoened and Japan invaded China . The fight was bloody everywhere . Millions of Chinese lost their lives fighting Japan some estimate around 20 million Chinese died during ww2 fighting Japan . A lot of China was occupied including Taiwan . When Japan surrendered the status quo between China and Taiwan continued both parties claiming to be the real representants of China . In the meantime USA got a hold on Taiwan starting to help that island as a proxy against mainland China . And here we are today . It is the same story over and over again in Korea , Vietnam and India . Colonial and imperialist power dividing the people to hold the power over the territoria . Hope i explained to you in general .
