  1.  @hypsin  Old comment but can you point out what Ukraina buid since 1992 ? What i have seen in Donbass of infrastructures and industries are soviet era built . How much investment was done by Ukraine in the regions ? Nothing . They privatized the state run entrepises to a couple of people that failed to invest their massive profits in the inovation of the infrastructures . A massive heritage left to rust .
