  1. The military in the USA call the shots literally. A huge budget abroad and peanuts for domestic infrastructure and businesses.

  2.  @அவானிஉயர்ந்தது  What's the use ? Those high up will never get to caught . When we watch the USA it is always Congress that make decisions for internal budgets for infrastructure or for war abroad and the President. I think those are the ones responsible.

  3. USA has no " budget" left . They put trillions in military , for regime change , for wars abroad. They don't invest at home .
