You are tripping aren't you ? Russia Federation right now IS the country to go to . Don't worry about bald , he will be alright in China, that is if they allow him this much freedom. Or North Korea , also good . Maybe Saudi-Arabië? But that would definitely be the end of bald . Better if he goes to Yemen, or Mali , Northern Mozambique, Kosovo, or Afghanistan. Nobody puts Sanctions in Europe or USA when they destroy Syria, Irak Afghanistan , Lybia. Russia already in sanctions for many years for defending Syria from total destruction from West . How can they have good salaries? Always sanctions from West .

This is already war time thinking , i think he is something than it must be true . Be careful because when people lives in war time everybody think they know everything.
