  6. True, but I offer that it is better to live in the Sunshine State, broke, than in the other states, broke. I love Monroe County in general, and Key West especially. Except that one can depend on a friendly LEO to stopping them to assure that the tourist travels 6 miles per hour to enjoy the scenery. Or 'fishing' for something--- anything, to pad the coffers.
