  2. Well considering most illegally obtained guns are obtained legally in the first place, cutting of the original supply trickles down to effect illegal gun sales. Anyway statistically, you are far more likely to shoot yourself with your own gun (accidentally or on purpose) than use it to save your life.

  3.  Chimino Pulverman  Probably need to work on actually getting good nation wide sex education (some states still teach abstinence wtf) first before focusing on gun safety, that is a good idea considering the number of guns in the USA. But that still doesnt address the issue that you are more likely to shoot yourself with your own gun than use it to save yours or someone elses life. No amount of gun safety will stop a depressed person from shooting themselves. Fact is, owning a gun makes you less safe.
