  1.  @johnboy6824  That is not at all the case, I think Nuclear Power has great potential, and I understand the new technologies that are available which make a nuclear meltdown not practically impossible such as Chernobyl but physically impossible. I still suggest you watch the video I linked.

  2.  @drewroe3455  In Australia at the very least Lightning accounts for about half of all ignitions, warmer climates increase the of chance of lightning. Climate change increases the duration and temperature of the fire season, meaning the window for when a bushfire can happen is increased and the severity also, due to the hotter temperature drying out vegetation.

  4. In Australia at the very least half of all bushfire are started by lightning, which unsuprisingly occurs at higher rates in warmer climates.

  5.  @jackiemorrison6024  I think it's about ~1000 trees just to offset the carbon emissions of one US citizen, this is obviously not a deasible solution for the entire world. Furthermore why is it that you discount the overwhelming scientific consensus regarding climate change?

  8.  Max Powers  Even if that is the case (which it isn't) attempting to have a productive discussion instead of yelling abuses allows us to maintain the moral and civil high ground, as it shows that we don't need anger to make our arguments, as facts are enough.
