It is quite clear that is has failed abysmally at protecting the constitution.

  8.  @mpbell7261  Having access to a firearm increases the likelihood of committing suicide, so as I said beforehand you are more unsafe to have a gun due to the likely hood of committing suicide being much higher than that of using it in a justified shooting.

  9.  @mpbell7261  Because depression is a mental health issue, and people deserve to live happy lives. And I never said that banning guns would stop suicide I merely pointed out that suicide rates increase when people have access to guns and that the chances of someone commiting suicide with a firearm is much higher than the chance of using a gun in a justified manner. Do you honestly believe we should just let depressed people kill themselves? Do you really not care if someone close to you committed suicide?

  14.  @ValerioRhys  Nails gun cans shoot a nail about 3 metres with enough force to barely stick the tip into a sheet of drywall. Nail guns are designed to drive nails hard for a very short distance and not for range and velocity. As for psi cutter jets, welding torches and plasma welders good luck hauling around the tanks withthat while trying to kill 50 people. and fireworks?? please explain to me how someone would realistically kill 50 people with fireworks. Also in regards to cars, first of all if someone sees a car running over people towards them they have a chance to move not the same with a gun, second if cars do genuinely start becoming risks of being used for mass murders bollards can be placed on large entrances, and lastly cars are used as a form of transport and are vital to just about every economy in the world, guns are not.

  16.  @ValerioRhys  I was talking in regards of civilian use even here in Australia with our strict gun laws, if you need a gun for a professional reason you can own one , but if you just want one for self defence be ready to jump through a lot of hoops.

  17.  @ValerioRhys  What do you mean he had to resort using 5 guns if you watch the video you see that he really only uses 1 the entire time. And no one is talking about banning guns entirely, just restricting civilians to 5 round magazines on hunting rifles.

  19.  @mpbell7261  You dont have to have a mental illness to become depressed, it can happen to anybody. And as for putting "the sharp stick in a safe place" is not an apt analogy because that's referring to accidentally poking yourself not wanting to. And yes the statistics do show that mass shootings happen far less than suicides, it wasn't supposed to show otherwise.

  21.  @mpbell7261  I am a very logical person many people think I am too logical to a fault, but you have failed to point out any errors in my arguments. I love shooting guns at the firing range and if it were shown to me that the benefits of owning a gun outweighed the negatives It would mean I could in good conscious support less gun regulations, but you have not proven this. Seriously though the only bias I have is towards logic.

  23.  @thetreeofliberty8636  Firstly TOR is not foolproof, one of the big downsides is that it's quite easy to recognise traffic coming from TOR, so if the FBI have any inkling of where you might be located you can be sure they would be using all the petabytes of information collected by the NSA to find out.   24.  @thetreeofliberty8636  Your plans are only effective at making it more difficult to be found out, but when you are talking about any government agency getting wind of this whatsoever they will just throw manpower at the problem, whether that means looking at hundreds of hours of CCTV security footage around the area or tracking down every person that used that network, and testing them for any higher levels of radiation. You are talking about a potential risk of hundreds of thousands of people dying, for reference, the Boston bombers killed 3 people and injured over 200, the fbi spent over $1 billion trying to catch the missing brother.
