  2. Its not realistic to do that because it prevents people from being anonymous, and it may also prevent people from reporting actual suspicious activity.

  3. @Frederick Dorsey I think in cases such as presented in the video, investigations should be conducted by the police department when repeated false calls of suspicious activity are repeated, as it's a waste of public resources I think it's in the same sort category as swatting obviously not as severe but still potentially dangerous.
