  1.  @stlkngyomom  Legalisation, Regulation and Taxation of controlled substances is the way to go. If you tax those drugs and then put that money back into getting people to stop using them, you also deal with the crime that comes along not only from the people that are addicted but the gangs and cartels that sell them.

  2. The way I see it is that the Civilians more often than not dont have a choice in living in such dangerous places but the soldiers do, the soldiers agree to take the risk and serve to do so. Therefore they have a duty to confirm that an enemy is indeed an enemy even if it's potentially dangerous. When a civilian is killed it gives the actual enemies like ISIS the bargaining power to recruit their family and friends to seek revenge.
