  1. well before 2018 there was really no need. we had maybe 2 days per summer that were above 25 degrees. newly build houses now actually have AC. also the new s-bahn trains in berlin.

  3. go to berlin, it is cheap outside of the tourist spots. but it is getting more and more expensive each year, so hurry.
