that status thinking is not about people in general. its about americans. in other parts of the world it depends on you environment if status plays a role in your life or not. americans are being brainwashed from the start of their lives. dont forget that.

i dont think the US can change as long as the primary goal is making money. with war. and therefore you need control over people that go and fight the war. and you control them with fear. and the individual is worth nothing. there will never be less fear, less racism, less polarization, better education or better health care as long as everything is about making money. the US needs to start over with a totally new concept. but how should that happen?

the main difference is that americans are brainwashed. and i am currently starting to understand that that is also the reason they do not protest in the way we would (i am german too). its because they never learned to think for themselves, everyone is waiting for orders on what to do now. everyone is asking on social media what to do and who is helping them. they are helpless individuals only doing what someone told them is the accepted thing to do now. it is scary that we depend on them stopping all of this now.

@JordanGreenYT i hated watching the news or anything political. just in the last weeks i got more interested in the news because i am shocked and also tbh a bit fascinated by what is happening in the US right now. for detailed info on the US news i am following the substack of journalist aaron parnas. he reports similar things i see on german news, so i am sure he is legit.
