stupidity is what makes me hate any kind of paperwork, answering any kind of mail or emails i get. every time it ends with me feeling like i am doing other people's work, having to research and figure things out on my own and then explain to them what they actually should have already done. and then they get it wrong and i have to explain it again. and its not only stupidity, people also have shockingly low standards in everything they do. they don't even care!
