  2. I think the pancakes would taste nice with cream cheese, cottafe cheese, and goat's cheese, with cilantro or rocket leaves, and caramelised onions.

  3. Beetroot goes well with venison, because both gave an earthy taste. I usually put beetroot in my venison or oxtail dishes.
