  1. I'd like to ask a question. I've seen an 'iron fish' on line that can be used when cooking in a Dutch Oven or similar. The theory is that traces of iron leach into the food, providing us with the necessary level of nutritional iron. Has anyone experienced cooking with an iron fish? Did have health benefits?
