  1. Hi Lilly. Today I did 3 hours foraging: red clover, mallow, elderflower, nettle leaves and nettle seeds, wild fennel and wild mint, plantain, dandelions, and roses. I spent 2 hours processing these foraged plants. Then I spent an hour emptying a million mason jars into 15 litre food-grade buckets. So that's 10 hours today I've been doing or thinking about prepping. Just a normal day for me.

  2. Here in the UK I've not been able to adequately heat my home in 27 years. It's just too expensive

  3.  @zarahensley4907  both. You can eat the leaves in salad, and you can make a healing salve from it.

  4.  @zarahensley4907  I'm giving the staff at Costa Coffee a jar of plantain salve each. They save me mini jam jars and used coffee grounds for my compost.
