  1. I just went to Tesco to buy a chicken, one onion, potatoes and garlic. There were only 7 loose potatoes, all very small, I bought 5 and left 2. That was all they had left in loose potatoes. There were no loose white onions, only large bags of onions, or loose red onions. There were only 5 whole chickens left. The entire fresh fruit and veg section was, at best, 5 to 10% stocked.
