  1. Landlord is an interesting one. My ex is a landlord with 3 rental houses. He doesn't rent the land, he rents the houses. Maybe "Houseletter", which removes the word "lord", which implies renters are peasantry. I do think it's a worry how Google is getting so dystopia though.
