  3. Crisco was a candle maker. I only use Crisco to make candles. I don't eat Crisco. I gave up all seed oils and feel 20 years younger. Seed oils should be banned. The only oils I'll eat now are avocado oil, olive oil, coconut oil, butter, lard and duck fat.
