Where are the eggs? In a bunker belonging to the g0v. You can coat washed eggs in mineral oil, and they should keep for up to 9 months. You can waterglass unwashed farm eggs, and they should keep for 18 months. Boil, peel, and pickle whole eggs. They should keep for at least 6 months in the fridge. Take contents from eggs, freeze in silicon moulds, freeze, then pop out of mould, and repeat until for have many. Then keep in freezer. I don't know how long they will last. Maybe 12 months. You could make scrambled eggs, and FREEZE DRY it, put in MYLAR BAGS and seal. Keep in food grade buckets. Not sure if oxygen absorbers are needed. You can also DEHYDRATE whole eggs in a dehydrator. You'll need to crack the eggs, mix in a bowl, and lay on a drying sheet. Once you dehydrate the whole eggs, you can keep in mason jars.
I bought mineral oil from THE CORNISH CHOPPING BOARD COMPANY in the UK.
