  1. I intend to forage enough nettle leaves next spring to make enough tea and soup for a year. I'd like to drink it at least 4 times per week, and have nettle soup twice per week. Can you make nettle soup from young spring leaves that have been picked and dried? Also; was this recipe for just one person, or for 4? It seems a large amount for just one person.
