He does bring up a good point, why is justice not being applied evenly or in chronological order? Why was the goal post moved from stealing documents to not returning them to protect Biden? And Hillary destroyed her documents AFTER being subpoenaed for them and never returned them either. Hate or love Trump, this is wrong and an abuse of our justice system.

His civil case was pass the statue of limitations and the official reason why they where disregarded is "coofid"... which is banana republic BS. The presidential records act states it is Trump's sole discretion what is declassified, does not answer to the national archives and is not required to return anything for 6 years after leaving office. Hillary destroyed her documents AFTER being subpoenaed for them and never returned hers. The indictment is suspended by both the presidential records act and Bill Clinton's sock drawer case.
