@alecm_9459 then you do not understand what red flag laws are for. It was ran under the guises of gun control but that's not what it's good for. ANYONE including law enforcement or government can have you arrested/charged merely on their word of suspicion just because they don't like you. No due process, no warrants, just authoritian rule. This is why hitler used red flag laws to remove Jews from society. It takes literal minutes to produce a warrant... there is no reason for red flag laws other than authoritarian control. Look up NY Assembly Bill A416 from 2015. It is very disturbing and exactly what the left wants society to be. It was created long before covid but it will weaponize covid against the people.

Oh who would have guessed that the holocaust would create new global laws called the Nuremberg code. In that code, it states that a patient must be fully aware of the procedure and their consent is absolutely essential. It also says it is illegal to use coercion such as mandates for one's employment to coerce someone into taking a medical procedure. @alecm_9459 if there is evidence, the officer will print a warrant in his car on his way to the house in suspect. Red flag laws allows law enforcement to arrest/charge you without evidence bit merely on ANYONE'S claim. Hitler did this. It wasn't even 100 years ago when this happen. History has proven what red flag laws are for. People use to report their neighbors to gestapo and have them arrested. There is absolutely no difference between Hitler's Red Flag Laws and Biden's. 100% exactly the same power and authority.

@Tony29103 No, Texas has a 6 week of knowledge law that allows abortions. 6 weeks of knowledge in some women can be a 4 month window. It is constitutionally protected by the 14th Amendment of Roe vs. Wade where a women has the right to pregnancy without EXCESSIVE government intervention. @LadyWhinesalot The Nuremberg code prohibits coercion for medical procedures, rule 6. Holding someone's job over their head for mandates is coercion. Cut their hands off they will throw elbows. The gun is not the problem. Human nature is. Guns in America are used 6 times more to stop/prevent crime than is used for crime. It is statistically factual that removing guns from society does not stop violent crime, it actually makes it worse because criminals won't give up there guns, only law abiding citizens will.
