Trump didn't even write a plan that went into June. He said presidents don't control gas prices then took credit for them coming down. As a flaming lefty, making baseless accusations is what you consider making a point but have some substance. Have you ever fallowed up a comment with "for example" and made more than an empty statement?

It couldn't have been produced faster in any other situation. Trump rolled out the vaccine, not Biden. Biden road the coattails of Trump's roll out taking credit saying he created it. And once the roll out was done, Biden did absolutely nothing to this day. The last response from Biden was over a year ago when he said it should be handled on the state level. Biden's main campaign promise was to end the pandemic. He made his entire campaign about Trump's covid handling instead of his own merit. Trump promoted Ivermectin, a variant of Avermectin which won a 2015 Nobel Prize and hydroxychloroquine which was nominated. Biden and Harris both said they would not take the jab if Trump was in office. They are the only politicians to demonstrate vax hesitancy. Biden is the largest clown in American politics.
