Any assault charge is a larger crime than mismanaged paperwork and NYC has no shortage. And how do I know this isn't about justice? Take for example how we moved goal post from stealing documents to not returning them to protect Biden and persecute Trump. Biden gets a pass from the DOJ and Trump has to lawyer up and how Biden did it has no alibi as he wasn't president
