  6. Complete BS. EV sales have levelled-off, not "gone down" and is still in an upward trend. With rebates and little maintenance, an EV is incredibly cheap to own compared to petrol. Have both in the family and our business fleet has both. The cost to own/run EVs are about HALF that of our petrol fleet...that's simply a fact. The main issue with EVs is lack of charging infrastructure, so they make sense in cities, but not so much for longer trips or into the outback obviously. Not sure what you are on about with the insurance premiums; our EV Audi and petrol one have almost the same insurance costs. For our fleet, The EVs are the exact same amount as our petrols and there was no "loading" due to them being EVs. Time to shop around with your insurance mate.

  8. Why hypocritical? I don't give a toss about the environment when I buy my car. Our EVs cost us at least 25% less to operate than our petrol cars. Charge it on unicorn tears for all I care.

  12. That's right. Why do business with an enemy nation? Many manufacturers back backup systems, not just crappy Huawei and their untrustworthy government handlers. Also, on what planet would anyone use a battery backup for an airport of that size? They need their own power generation.

  18. EVs definitely the vehicle to buy unless you don't have charging access. Essentially best for city driving and home charging. So much cheaper to own/run. Chinese? Hell no. Nevermind the crap quality, but the amount of spyware is just gross.
