fr. Ive had days at work where i felt like absolute dog shit mentally. Then one 30 second interaction with a customer completely shifted my mood for a solid couple hours.

@thememaster7 OP said "could." If you have the mindset that people having a random conversation with you cant "make" your day then it wont happen, however that random conversation could make the other persons day.
