  1.  @Zoddom  Nah, the speed was a factor but that explanation begs the question of why didnt the bullet just stop or wrap itself around the bearing. Ive seen bullets just mould themselves into pieces of metal, completely deforming themselves and the piece of metal without shattering either of them
