@jefferyzielke7665 It is her burden. Its mr depps burden to show the article was defamatory. Its her burden to prove that he was abusive. Right now he has a very solid case. She has a burden to defend the things she wrote otherwise she loses the trial

@MrBrock314 You realise that him having to prove its defamatory means that she has to prove she abused him right? Unless they wanted to go the other route of denying its about him but its clear thats not what theyre doing. If he provides multiple witnesses that claim they never saw a single mark on amber then amber has a burden of proof to show he did actually abuse her. This is a trial, not an accusation. Hence the burden of proof is on both of them, but amber only needs to prove enough to put doubt in johnnys story

You realise having npd isnt any worse than bpd and hpd right? Having any of them is a major red flag. Also given you said "oh so smart" im guessing that means you have no formal psychology education so you probably dont even know how to identify the differences between the conditions
