@mherrj Its like seeing a celebrity eating at a restaurant, then going over and interrupting their dinner to ask for a photo

As someone who actually benefitted greatly from the lockdowns, due to being a student in a flat with a bunch of my mates, the way she handled the pandemic absolutely is not the way it should be handled. Denying people the ability to work and then taking out government loans to pay most of their wages is terrible. Forcing people to be vaccinated by for profit pharmaceutical companies that control media and research (to an extent) just to keep their jobs or go to social events is terrible. Labelling people as "heros" for continuing to work when its literally their job and they wouldve been working regardless is foolish and kinda adds insult to injury to all the supermarket workers who had to continue working while most of their friends got paid time off for months.

Because the people who can afford to move overseas can also afford to live in one of the best, but most expensive, countries in the world, and the people who cant afford to live here cant really afford to move overseas. The idea of leaving nz just because of a high cost of living is a very "grass is greener" idea.

@B1ggz13 On the first of april, the minimum wage over the past 5 years will have risen 38% compared to what it was on the first of april 2018. Annual inflation rates were sub 2% for 2018-2020, 4% in 2021, 7% in 2022 and probably close to 7% this year as well. Minimum wage has been increasing much faster than the rate of inflation.

@diodanyc187 and what about wearing make up makes them feel good? The fact it makes them look more sexually appealing. Insecurities about the way you look are essentially due to you not thinking you look as sexually appealing as someone else. People cover up pimples, why? because people think pimples make people look less attractive. Sure it might be an insecurity but the reason its an insecurity is inherently sexual

@Lucy-kz2mx I think youll have to try pretty hard to find a professional work place that allows women to wear expressive makeup such as blue lipstick.

@diodanyc187 No his point is these things are done for sexual appeal. Hes not saying anyone should do them but that doing them and then complaining about being sexualised is hypocritical. Hes not making any definitive points about what anyone should or shouldnt do, just saying what certain actions can do

to be fair, he probably is the most infamous. But id argue hes probably one of the most famous currently as well, if not the most famous
