@macadarco There already is gender equality in pretty much every western job. Equality of opportunity is all thats required for an equal society, equality of outcome however is terrible and should be moved away from at all costs. If you want to get the same outcome as someone who works twice as hard as you, then work twice as hard. It has nothing to do with gender

@AiguilleVoodoo having qualifications doesnt mean youll be as good at a job as someone else with the same qualifications. In a lot of jobs, you being able to calmly discuss and reason your way into a higher salary shows that you have more skill in your job than someone who cant

Yeah cos if men used the same logic to produce their own statistic itd probably be at least like "1/5 men are raped on campus" aswell which really makes it far less of a "feminist issue"
