@thecouplesexperiment8508 Addiction isnt not wanting to do it but still doing it, thats called discipline. Goggins isnt addicted to running, hes addicted to doing things that arent comfortable because hes disciplined

@MyName_Jeff Ive noticed this just getting back into running now. After the first mile or so I can feel my body starting to slow me down and progressively get a bit more sore but if i just keep pushing through that for another half mile it starts getting pretty easy. I still never feel that "good" while running but once i get home and back inside I feel amazing
