  2.  @Alvah707  Physically they dont do the same thing, they are similar. But refs need to have clear rules on whats allowed and what isnt otherwise there would be a controversy every fight. 12-6 are easy to judge because the ref just needs to watch for a straight up and down line. 12-5 are hard to identify properly because a ref needs a mental protractor to tell if theyre at the right angle to be legal
