  4.  Toori Baba  The context in this case is hes an internet troll who used the platform (4chan) that made the media say the ok symbol is a hate symbol. Also the fact that he stated in his manifesto he is trying to essentially create a racial divide which further makes it seem like hes just doing it to troll everyone. You cant say "context matters" but then only look at the context that supports what you think.
