@Anshul1614 Because if I tell my girl some really embarrassing shit problems that Im dealing with and then she goes discussing them with her friends that I would never tell in a million years, even if its to try and find help for my problems its still a huge lack of respect for privacy
2
@Anshul1614 The fact that they are a group of people with something notable in common isnt a reason that they cant be pushed towards change, im sure theres a lot of things theyd want to change about guys as well
2
where did he say they arent different or that they should be the same
1
@Anshul1614 He was talking about how they shouldnt discuss their personal issues that exist only between them and their partner with people their partner hasnt agreed to share that personal information with. And also that they should realise the difference between biased and objective friends in that a lot of times if they share that information they wont even get a valuable opinion out of it theyll just get an affirmation. Since when is respecting peoples privacy sexist.
1
@Anshul1614 Society has rules and privacy is a part of those rules. I dont think anyones expecting them to change or threatening them to but we are saying, it would be fucking nice if they did. Also yeah he named himself jesus but he also named himself fucking "hotep" lmao so i think that balances out the ego a bit

@Anshul1614 Youre really good at not getting a point

whats "f****" and "s***" mean

what a rebuttal to anything he said

@bboywolf actually evolution is so mathematically probable that for it to not happen would be absurd
1
@bboywolf I dont think you understand want evolution is mate. The genome of all living things mutates randomly. Some of these mutations are positive for the survival of the species/individual, some negative and some neutral. Evolution is the idea that overtime these positive mutations will stack up and grow in frequency throughout the population. The positive mutations stack up because they help the individual survive and so that individual has a higher chance of breeding and continuing that mutations existence whereas a negative mutation will do the opposite. there is also actually a rather famous study currently going on since i believe somewhere around the 1960's of some growth of bacteria which have been observed to mutate and evolve in ways that are both random and beneficial to the survival of the population of bacteria. Natural selection is what causes evolution. Millions of years of positive mutations is entirely possible, its accompanied with millions of years of negative mutations as well its just those mutations dont survive in the gene pool
1
@bboywolf I literally just explained it, the amount of positive mutations that occur doesnt outweigh the amount of negative mutations that occur. The positive mutations are more likely to be passed to the next generation through reproduction than the negative ones making the positive mutations more prevalent in the population as a whole. You dont even really need to understand biology to get that, its just common sense. There has never been evidence that "positive mutations that pop outweighs negative mutations" because thats not what happens and youre misunderstanding what evolution is
1
@bboywolf Also change over time is the literal definition of evolution. evolution does not imply anything of improvement because "improvement" is subjective, it just implies change and it so happens that probability causes biological evolution to tend towards "improvement".
1
@bboywolf your sperm passes on your entire genome, that is then probabilistically mixed in with the genome of the female. Its not more likely to pass on a positive mutation its the people with more positive mutations are more likely to reproduce and so those mutations are more likely to persist and spread throughout the gene pool. I never said the body knows what mutations are positive or negative, that is entirely determined by the environment that the organism lives in. ONCE AGAIN, IVE NEVER SAID WE PASS ON MOSTLY POSITIVE MUTATIONS
1
@bboywolf 1) mutations and evolution arent the same thing 2) I never said that youre more likely to receive positive mutations, I said that positive mutations will be more likely to spread through the gene pool due to their improvement on an individuals reproductive fitness 3) yeah some people think of consequence as a negative term, still doesnt change the fact that it isnt 4) how are you going to call me a pseudo intellectual when you dont understand the basic premise behind the theory of evolution and yet are talking about it like youve disproven it
1
@bboywolf Please define for me the following ideas: Mutations, biological evolution and positive mutations. Because if you cant accurately describe those 3 things then quite frankly youre not qualified to even question the theory of evolution
1
@bboywolf Ill take what youre saying seriously if you can define those 3 terms because if you dont even understand the most basic foundation elements of evolution then you really shouldnt be talking about it
1
@bboywolf So youre more than willing to type paragraphs but cant even type 3 sentences when asked? Well then I guess its pretty obvious you have no idea what youre talking about
1
@bboywolf youre also a primate...

you really trynna argue that women dont gossip more than men. When was the last time you sat with a group of women in total silence and were happy with the fact you were in silence and together

@WendyAchatz You know this is a podcast where they get paid to talk about stuff right
