@Glacialgaming The shirts had more than just the MB signature. The guy caught on camera using the MB signature literally signed it with (im assuming) his own signature afterwards. If the MB signature is supposed to be jimmys signature and not just some meaningless scribble, then saying "signed by a member of the mr beast team" implies that they are all using their own signatures.

Sometimes it seems johnnys side are being a little relaxed on hearsay objections. My guess is that by letting her ramble about things that could be considered hearsay, she is widening the scope of questioning they can use. At one point she admitted to hitting johnny not in retaliation and basically alleged that he threw kate moss down some stairs. They were very happy when that happened because that means they could question her about that and also call in kate moss as a rebuttal witness

Also, its wild that theyre painting johnny as an addicted alcoholic druggy. Amber spent something like 10k a month on wine, admitted to using other drugs multiple times and even in an audio clip tried to use her being on drugs as an excuse for physically abusing johnny.

I think a lot of the public likeability of johnny vs amber is more because of the actual evidence everyones seeing. Its pretty hard to hear clips of amber admitting to abusing him and still like her. Its also pretty hard to never see any evidence of her being physically abused and still like her. Its also pretty hard to see her legal team lie on her behalf and still like her

@SherrifOfNottingham Well she also claimed that on one occassion her entire hair and makeup team saw her the day after she got brutally beaten by johnny. Im very curious to see if they will be calling all of those witnesses to the stand because every other witness in her testimony seemed to be dead or anonymous

Better yet you definitely dont continue to feed their addiction, as she was doing for much of the relationship
3
Its basically saying "why would i want to do that though?" Is a valid legal defence. Idk, people can want to do things for any number of normal and bizarre reasonings
3
And im sure judges are a bit better than us mere civillians in this matter, but if i know anything about people its that they dont like to admit to being wrong
3
@jessie6243 Have we found actual concrete proof that was her yet though?
2
@therabbithat Is your story being notably different in different testimonies not considered proof of lying? Or stating explicitly that you used one specific makeup product during your relationship to cover up bruises despite the product not even existing at the time?

@WSH3TM The damage to his reputation actually hasnt been done. Multi million dollar PR teams could clean the current mess up very quickly, especially when a lot of his audience is naive children.

Me and my girl have headbutted each other by accident while play wrestling a couple times. Definitely not farfetched to think a headbutt could be accidental in an actual scuffle

@marcopolo1472 Because in all the evidence im yet to see concrete evidence he physically abused her, but i have seen concrete evidence that she abused him. Also just their general demeanours in court so far makes amber seem like a lying devil and johnny like a truthful man with a few demons to fight. Thats not evidence but you best believe it plays into everyones opinion on the case

@dickkickem4238 Probably because people on really put on body armour when theyre expecting to potentially get shot at. I dont see many uses for a citizen for that other than if theyre planning a robbery or mass shooting
1
@abstract_extremist What evidence is there that he pulled a knife on her?? Also, are you actually trying to say someone with depression cutting them self belongs in jail?

@066kshitizvsingh4 Ya know ive seen a bunch of people claim that celebrities have teams or stamps to "sign" things, yet ive never seen anyone provide even one example of someone doing this. You got any videos of it? Names? Anything?
1
@066kshitizvsingh4 Give an example of a celebrity doing it, preferably with proof. Ive seen a lot of people claim that its common practice but ive never seen someone provide any proof that thats true.

I believe it hinges on whether the question is yes or no. Technically if even one word in a yes or no question is incorrect then you can answer with no and youre being truthful. Thats how lawyers try to catch you admitting to something youre not meant to, by getting you to only answer with yes or no questions and hoping you wont catch the deceiving wording of the question. If the answer is truely no then they will probably start changing the question to better represent the truth or ask you for clarification in which case you can start to "tell the whole truth"
