@quasar4601 I live in in New Zealand. We see pink where you see white. In Aotearoa/New Zealand we call pink/white people Pakeha. Pa = congregation keha = foul smelling/maggot. Maggots are white and found in large groups. Colonial European's seldom bathed so were foul smelling. It's NOT derogatory and most NZ Pakeha are proud of the label that has been used for at least 300 years.

@skynumbers0 You call yourself black, but I come from a country that sees pink and brown, please appreciate that I see dark brown where you see black. Compared to Aotearoa New Zealand, America seems extremely racist, and your gun laws are ridiculous. No wonder 44 Americans are shot by other Americans each day. We had a shooting here last week and it was front page news. No shootings this week. We also had a school shooting here back in 1923. Thank God, Israel and America are on the other side of the globe.

@quasar4601 Sounds American to me. Let's hope you're not one of the 44 Americans that will be shot by other Americans today or the next day or the next. Let's hope your children or grandchildren aren't shot at school because they live in America, Earth's school shooting capitol.

@hrc9933 Maori tease and poke fun. It's part of being a New Zealander. It's not, we hate pinkies so let's lynch them like American customs. Pakeha here know that , and smile and laugh and tease back. Most are proud of the 300-year-old term. On the other hand, white is the colour pink Westerners chose for themselves. Indigenous Americans called pinks pale and Polynesians thought pinks looked like zombies. That's history and in 2022 we need to stop being colour-blind.

@benjobanjo7475 I stand up against racism. I am against Americans offering advice on it when Americans are world-renown as bigots and racists. It's the same as listening to Americans giving advice on Covid. Americans with Earth's worst Covid fatalities should be listening, but they can't listen because they are trained at birth to be loud mouthed drama queens or at least it seems that way. When travelling overseas you can spot Kiwis and Aussies a mile away by the empty beer bottles on the table. Close your eyes and you will hear where the loud-mouthed Americans are. That's not racist, that's fact.

@f-5e126 Calling people pink isn't racist as it is just a colour and more descriptive of those calling themselves white. I gave examples of what indigenous peoples have called pink people. Like I said, it's 2022 and we don't need to pretend anymore.
