WTF - There are 2.5 million (64,112 troops) American military personnel permanently stationed across Europe. Ramstein Air Base, the biggest of 12 US bases in Germany, costs $1 billion annually. More for war less for US citizens. All the great war movies America make, make America seem like they're good at war. But really they're just good at movies! H.Franklin.
