Now they watch media, take selfies and listen to music on their phones. 50 years ago gangs were tough and drank out of gumboots. Today gangs park their meth-paid Harleys outside posh cafes. The Taliban can now park their US-paid black hawk helicopters outside Kabul tea houses. How times have changed.
