Ramstein Air Base the biggest of 12 US bases in Germany costs $1 billion annually. US has paid for bases in Germany for 77 years! Why? Cyber attacks make American military planes, tanks, ships & subs nothing more than trillion dollar scrap metal. 1999 James Bond movie "The world is not enough'.
