Typical office process. The staff and the receptionist are the ones with access to reading and updating data. Management only sees monthly reports on the data when they attend catered meetings.

@evgeniybastrykov Cmon. I've worked for government depts before and drove a pay van when I was 17. Management will have a few high-powered meetings but because it's the staff that do the actual work, nothing is going to change.

@danieldach4697 Most of the public understand the need for change. But let's be honest, management don't do the work it's the staff that do. Until that changes nothing will change.
