I suspect the solution to this will be to vet the photos uploaded with AI to score them on their attractiveness before they even join. Unattractive men will be shadowbanned, won't even know and will pay up but women will find the numbers of messages from "creeps" go down as a result. Tinder has a vested interest to pander to what women want and if it's to remove messages from unattractive men, they'll do it.
