I disagree with one point of the video. PArt of Iberoamerica was rich at certain points. von Humboldt described Mexico richer than europeans countries but too vey unequal. Argentina until 1950 had a high renta per capita, was an economic power. Chile and Cuba had certain development around 1900. Venezuela was a "rich" latinamerican country until 1970 So, what happpened to those countries for fall?
