  12. There is no reason for think Karl Martel could had no win in this timeline. Charlemagne wouldnt had been borned due to spermatozoid azar, but probably an equivalent to him would have done the same work.

  14. I think this timeline has a mistake. Constantinople was a bigger city than Damasco. So I think the umayad court would had moved there. Being there, the abasid revolution wouldnt have destroyed the umayads. Instead the ancient Rome vs Iran rivalry would had reborned under Islam. I guess a doctrinal split in Islam would be caused by having both caliphs. Maybe Iran would be shia earlier, or the roman part would be more focused in arab supremacy. And something interesting coud happen: The austrian painter dream. Germans would be raided for take them as slave warriors, too would be hired as mercenaries. In the end, the muslim roman empire could end having the germans as warrior chaste, as turks were in OTL. I think this world would have no Renaissance, Europe would be backwards and America would remain barely discovered. I think the most developed region of this world would become India.
