  1. In east Houston 77015 our recycle bins have been at the curb for six weeks. The solid waste manager could tell us approximately when we will get service so we can pull the bins in, but there is no effort by anyone to be considerate at all.

  2.  @luisvilla799 They say we’re supposed to keep reporting it. That sounds like busy work to me, but I’m reporting it anyway, just in case. Sounds like between you and me they can’t say they didn’t know. They just don’t care.
